My name is James Pederson, and I am a mythology fan and also a talented artist.

​

A long time ago in the faraway land of Pennsylvania, I would practice my drawing skills at Anvil Art Studio.  There, I discovered a mysterious manuscript entitled Gods, Goddesses, and Monsters:  a Book on World Mythology, written by the wise Sheila Keenan.  This manuscript, with its detailed descriptions of deities, heroes, and beasts near and far ignited my interest in myths and legends all around the world.

Later, my passion for myths and legends led me to a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut.  My love of the game Dungeons and Dragons has also influenced my enthrallment in ancient myths.

By creating this wondrous website, I intend to educate the masses about all the marvelous stories of ancient myth and legend, as well as enthrall audiences with my artistic talent as I depict mythological tales using my own unique art style.

Myths are not simply falsehoods; they are traditional stories that formulate cultures and their practices, and explained how things came to be in the days before modern scientific observations.
